Valora Baseline
All measurements and a health assessment. The starting point of every protocol.
- Detailed history and health background
- Anthropometric measurements and body composition
- Laboratory analyses as indicated by the physician
Services
At Valora we try not to see services only as isolated procedures. We see them as part of a bigger picture — your health, appearance, lifestyle habits and goals. That is why every personalised protocol begins with an assessment, continues with a carefully chosen plan and is followed over time.

Which protocol is for you?
A short guide to help you find your way around the site. It is not medical advice — that comes from the physician, after the assessment.
Your starting point
Valora Baseline gives the complete picture, and from it the physician proposes a protocol. Based on your answers, we suggest you read:
What you tell us matters to you — understanding your results — is part of every Baseline assessment: the physician explains what they mean in your case, without rushing.
A plan and follow-up are built into every protocol: you receive it in writing, with a clear order and check-ups.
Protocols are organised so that the number of visits is minimal and communication with your coordinator is constant.
Since you follow your health regularly, Baseline will bring your existing results into one whole and set a starting point for follow-up.
A Baseline assessment is a good moment to bring scattered results into one picture.
The first comprehensive assessment is the most important one — it becomes the reference everything later is compared with.
The guide is only for finding your way around the site and is not medical advice. A protocol is proposed by the physician solely on the basis of an assessment.
Your Valora Journey
Whatever brings you to us, the journey is the same — because only then can a physician responsibly propose what makes sense for you.
How a protocol is chosen
After the Baseline assessment, the physician proposes the protocol that fits your findings and goals — one, or a combination of several. Price and duration are set out in writing before the start.
What a protocol is not
Measures are chosen according to findings, not a predefined package.
We don't promise results. We measure, follow and adjust.
A team carries out the protocol to the same standards, whoever is on shift that day.
Yes. Individual services and consultations are available and listed in the price list. Depending on the type of service, the doctor assesses whether an additional assessment is needed before treatment — Valora Baseline is the recommended starting point for personalised programmes, but it is not a condition for every service.
It depends on the protocol and the findings. An indicative duration is given on each protocol's page, and you receive the exact plan in writing after the assessment.
Yes. The Metabolic and Antiaging protocols, for example, are often carried out in parallel, with one plan and one coordinator.
Then we will tell you so. You receive a report with your findings and a recommendation for follow-up, without further measures.
Valora Baseline is the first step of every protocol. Book an appointment or write to us — we will get back to you shortly.
