Valora Teen

We don't criticise the child, create pressure or impose perfection — we help them build healthy habits and feel better in their own skin. A personalised programme for children and teenagers that connects healthy habits, oral health, skin care and confidence.

What we assess

  • Nutrition and everyday habits – food choices, meal rhythm, fluid intake, sleep quality and physical activity.
  • Oral health and hygiene – the condition of the teeth and gums, hygiene habits and the need for dental care.
  • Skin, hair and personal care – the skin's needs, the appearance of spots, oily skin and hair and other changes that may require expert assessment.
  • Well-being and individual needs – habits, confidence, everyday challenges and the questions that matter to the child, with respect for their age and privacy.

What you get

  • Insight into the child's habits and needs – a clearer picture of the areas where support and change are needed most.
  • Practical guidance for everyday care – recommendations for oral hygiene, skin and hair care and healthier lifestyle habits.
  • A personalised plan of small, achievable steps – adapted to the child's age, needs and daily life.
  • Support in building independence and confidence – so that the child gradually learns to take care of themselves without shame, comparison or pressure.

  4. 04

No. A specific problem is not a condition. The programme can help recognise needs and adopt healthy habits, and the recommendations are adapted to the child.

Parental involvement is organised according to the child's age, the type of service and the needs of the programme. It matters to us that the parent supports the development of habits, while respecting the child's privacy and age-appropriate independence.
